Brands We Carry

2/4/2021
Spartan zero-turn mower next to Echo handheld outdoor power equipment in a clean shopWe're your local dealer for Manitou and Gehl construction equipment, plus an authorized Spartan Mowers and Echo dealer, all out of Laddonia, Missouri. Here's what that means for you and what we carry.

Manitou & Gehl

Manitou Group builds the construction and material-handling side of our floor: Gehl skid loaders and track loaders, Manitou articulated loaders, telehandlers, forklifts, and aerial work platforms. This is the year-round commercial line - the machines that move dirt, pallets, bales, and people every working day.

What we carry: We don't post prices on machines - we quote your build, with current finance programs included. Browse the full catalog at equipment, compare specs side by side, and request a quote on the one that fits the job. Municipal and government buyers: ask about Sourcewell cooperative purchasing.

Spartan Mowers

Spartan builds zero-turn mowers in Batesville, Arkansas. We carry the full lineup, from the Shield homeowner series up through the SRT-XD commercial-class machines. The thing that separates Spartan from a lot of the other brands you'll see at box stores is the build: heavier frames, fabricated steel decks (no stamped tin), real ZT-3100/3400 hydros that you can service, and a chassis designed around the engine instead of the engine bolted onto whatever frame they could source cheap.

What we carry:

- Shield series - homeowner-grade, fabricated decks, Briggs Endurance engines. 42" and 54" decks. Entry into the Spartan lineup.
- RZ series (RZ-HD, RZ-XD, Blackout) - mid-tier, fabricated 7-gauge decks, Kawasaki FR or Kohler 7000 Series. 54" and 61" decks.
- RT series (RT-Pro, RT-HD) - commercial-grade tank-tough machines built for hour-heavy use.
- SRT and SRT-XD - top-of-line commercial. Vanguard BIG BLOCK or Kawasaki FX1000V, ZT-4400 hydros, suspension seat, the works.

Echo Outdoor Power Equipment

Echo has been building professional-grade two-stroke handheld equipment in Lake Zurich, Illinois since 1972. Their stuff is what most landscape pros run because it's lighter, runs cleaner, and lasts longer than the equivalents you'll find at a big-box.

What we carry:

- String trimmers - straight-shaft and curved-shaft, from homeowner SRM-225 up through the SRM-2620T pro models
- Backpack and handheld blowers - PB-2620, PB-580T, and the PB-9010H high-output backpack
- Chainsaws - CS-310 homeowner up through CS-7310SX commercial models
- Hedge trimmers - HC-152, HCS-3020, and extended-reach articulating models
- Edgers - PE-225 walk-behind and PAS-2620 attachments
- PAS multi-tool system - one powerhead, multiple attachments (trimmer, edger, hedge, blower, articulating hedge, brushcutter)

Why "authorized dealer" matters

Buying from an authorized dealer means a few things you don't get from a Marketplace listing or a box-store cart:

- Full manufacturer warranty (and we handle the warranty work in-house)
- Properly assembled, properly prepped, and run-tested before you take it home (the box-store "assemble at the curb" experience isn't great for either of us)
- Service parts on the shelf, not a 6-week order
- Spartan financing through Sheffield - typical promo is 0% for 48 months on qualifying models
- A real person you can call when something goes wrong

What we work on

Service-wise we're not brand-locked. Our techs work on most makes of small-engine equipment, not just Spartan and Echo. If you've got a brand we don't sell and you need service, give us a call - if it's a make we work on, we'll get you on the schedule.

Want to see one in person?

We do free demos on the test lot at the dealership - no appointment needed, but if you want a specific model on the ground we can have it ready. We're in Laddonia, MO, about 25 minutes north of Mexico and an hour east of Columbia.
